You may deposit funds to your Bureau account and purchase address labels using a credit card or PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you may use a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express). If you wish to use a credit card, click the “Don’t Have A PayPal Account?” link on the PayPal page.
To deposit funds, please select one of the options in the drop-down box below and then click on the PayPal “Buy Now” button. You will be re-directed to a PayPal page.
Please note there is a PayPal Credit Card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. This fee will be deducted from your deposit, so the amount deposited with the bureau and available for use will be the amount you submit less the 2.9% + $0.30.
YOU MUST ADD AT LEAST ONE CALL SIGN AT TIME OF CHECKOUT. IF YOU WANT YOUR FUNDS ALLOCATED BETWEEN SEVERAL CALL SIGNS PLEASE TELL US HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO BE APPLIED TO EACH CALL SIGN.
The Bureau offers an address label printing service as an alternative to sending in your own labels. We strongly recommend that you use this service, as it will save you the cost of postage to mail in your labels.
We will print labels for you upon request, provided you have sufficient funds in your account. The cost is $2 for 30 labels. Note that you can’t deposit the $2 fee alone or add it to an amount to make a $22 deposit for example. The fee will be deducted from your account by the mailing volunteer at the time your deposit is added to your account.
If you are depositing funds and would like to have labels printed, please select the appropriate drop-down box below. If you select this option, labels will be printed for you and sent to your mailing volunteer. When the mailing volunteer receives your labels, your account will be debited the $2 label printing fee.
To request that we print labels without depositing funds, please contact your Mailing Volunteer by email. You will find the email address on the “Your Mailing Volunteers” page. Please include your call sign in the email.
Please note that it will take some time for your deposit to be applied to your account and reflected when you access the “Do You Have Cards?” page, because entering user deposits is a manual process performed by the mailing volunteers some time after the deposits are made via PayPal or credit card. If you receive a confirmation email from PayPal you can be assured that your deposit will be credited to your account in due course.
